The e-Ticket is free. Fill in the e-Ticket on the official site, eticket.migracion.gob.do, where it's free. A site that charges you isn't the official one. One form and QR code can cover up to 7 people travelling together.

Have a return ticket. Border officers can ask for your return or onward ticket, the address where you're staying and proof you have enough money for your stay. You can be refused entry without them.

Tourist card covers one entry. The US$10 tourist card has been included in air tickets bought outside the Dominican Republic since 25 April 2018. It's valid for one entry. If you arrive by sea or land, buy it from the tax office (DGII) desk where you arrive.
